I spent a week at Sitia Beach Resort with a stunning Apollo suite upgrade at the end of September. The room started off cramped and unequipped, but after requesting an upgrade, we enjoyed a beautiful suite with delightful sea and town views. The service was mostly excellent, with friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, offering special foods at breakfast and creating a festive evening atmosphere. The location was fantastic, right next to a private beach and a short walk from Sitia town. The dining experience provided good fresh food with a variety of options, although some aspects fell slightly short. Overall, a lovely stay despite a few minor hiccups.
